YIRAH YoGA is all about changing the energy within your body.
From the moment you walk into the class, it is all about focusing on your breath, scanning the body to see where you feel the tightness and using the practice to ease both the body and the mind.
Our classes always start with a pranayama exercise to ground you into the space and to enable you to tap into quietening the mind. Depending on the style of yoga, you will be guided through the asanas practice focusing on the breath to help open up the body and to go a little deeper within the pose. Adjustments and props are used to help our students expand and extend the body within the postures.
At the end of each class, a 5 minute savasana is guaranteed to let the energy settle into its new place, reset the mind and feel the yirah within you.
